Management Information Exam Essentials
About Course
Management Information is a calculating module. Costing, budgeting, variances,
breakeven, limiting factors and investment appraisal are all worked, and the
marks go to candidates who can produce a correct figure quickly and under time
pressure.
The bank follows the syllabus weighting, with costing and pricing carrying the
most, then budgeting and forecasting, performance management, management
decision-making, technology and data analysis, and ethics.
It includes typed numeric questions where you calculate the figure yourself, and
full twenty-mark pro-forma statements marked box by box — so you practise laying
out an answer, not only arriving at it.
